Patrick is passionate about helping people find the answers they hold within themselves. He founded The College Therapy Center to give students and young adults a warm and welcoming space to grow, build upon their strengths, and work on their mental health in a nurturing environment close to campus.

Growing up in a family that struggled with intergenerational trauma, poverty, and addiction has allowed Patrick to relate deeply with many of his clients. As a former first-generation college student himself, Patrick is familiar with many of the struggles that young people face when trying to build their lives.

He utilizes psychodynamic and modern analytic approaches to treatment, and draws from internal family systems (IFS) and DBT interventions to address anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, mood disorders, and questions/struggles with identity.
