The College Therapy Center is hiring independent contractors! We’re looking for talented licensed and pre-licensed therapists (LMFT, LICSW, LPCC, LP) who are passionate about providing psychotherapy for college students, young adults, and their families.

As an independent contractor at The College Therapy Center, you pick your hours and can choose to work remotely from home or in-person at our office in Saint Paul. We also offer a generous fee-split model and do all the billing for you so you can focus on doing what you love—being a therapist!

At this time, applicants must be licensed to practice in Minnesota, while pre-licensed applicants must be located in Minnesota and have a supervisor licensed to practice in Minnesota.

The College Therapy Center is an early-stage mental health group practice with a growing client base comprised mainly of 18–35 year olds who reside in the Twin Cities for school or work. With big dreams to develop mental health offices in college towns throughout the midwest—and beyond—CTC is looking for its first potential contractors who are interested in transitioning to fully benefited employees with future leadership opportunities within the organization as we grow and change.

CTC is headquartered on the corner of Cleveland and Marshall Avenues in Saint Paul, Minnesota. We are located within a six-mile radius of 12 colleges and universities where more than 100,000 students attend school.
